"The thing I appreciated the most was his honesty and candor as he opened my eyes to the realities of the transition. I attended multiple military-led and corporate-led transition programs and talked with literally hundreds of people to help me navigate military retirement. Lloyd was, without a doubt, the singular most helpful person I encountered."
David Goode
Retired Air Force Colonel
Chick-fil-A, Consultant

"During my transition phase, I was able to connect with Lloyd and get some great guidance on how to create a resume that would be attractive to jobs I was looking to apply, how to improve my LinkedIn presence and "build my brand", as well as network with a lot of great people. I can honestly say that I don't think I would be where I am today at my job, if I hadn't crossed paths with Lloyd Knight."
Derrick Luzolo
Navy Veteran
UPS Digital, Engineering Manager

“There are very few people who can balance career aspirations with community service, fully invest in both directions, and be super successful in all arenas and Lloyd is one of them. I'm amazed by his ability to be in all places at once, leaving an indelible impact in every instance. A savvy communicator with a penchant for connecting with others, there is no doubt in my mind that he is a solution for many of our leadership woes both in the veteran and business communities.”
